On the night of April 5th, the “Prosperity Journey” of Viet Uc officially arrived in Da Nang, leaving unforgettable impressions on guests and valued shrimp farmers in the Central and Northern regions.
Solving Risk Problems with Genetic Science
At the event, Mr. Luong Thanh Van – Chairman of the Board of Directors of Viet Uc Group – shared his candid views on the current state of the shrimp farming industry. He emphasized that concerns about unpredictable weather and diseases are always a “difficult problem” that worries shrimp farmers.
“Viet Uc uses science to solve practical problems. We don’t make empty promises, but provide clear and transparent data and evidence,” Mr. Van affirmed.
According to the group’s leader, Viet Uc’s core strength lies in mastering world-leading breeding technology, especially Genomics technology. This is the key to creating shrimp lines with superior growth rates, helping farmers shorten the farming time (aiming to reach a size of 60 shrimp/kg within 60 days) and minimize production costs.
“The VU-S26 Super Four” – Specialized Solutions for Each Farming Region
The highlight of the event was the launch of four new generation shrimp strains within the VU-S26 ecosystem. Each strain is designed with superior traits to meet the demanding needs of different environmental conditions:
Super Durable: High adaptability to extreme weather fluctuations.
Super 60: Focuses on “miraculous” growth rate, optimizing capital turnover.
Super Resistant: Enhanced resistance, preserving survival rates under disease pressure.
Super Low Salinity: A groundbreaking solution specifically for farming regions with low salinity.
The separation of these specialized shrimp strains demonstrates Viet Uc’s strategy of personalizing solutions for each farmer, rather than using a single strain for all terrains.
Commitment to Prosperity
The event in Da Nang was not only a product launch but also a networking space between businesses and the shrimp farming community in the Central and Northern regions. Strategic handshakes and consensus from partners affirmed confidence in the VU-S26 shrimp strain.
Representatives from Viet Uc Group shared that customer trust is the driving force for the company to continue researching and expanding further on the international aquaculture map. With the launch of the “Four Super Team,” Viet Uc hopes to create a new wave, helping Vietnamese shrimp farmers confidently “reach the finish line” with successful harvests, contributing to bringing the Vietnamese shrimp brand to the world stage.
